1.Who operates this website
Kunsmart is the trading name used by Beijing Matrix Growth Technology Co., Ltd. (北京矩阵生长科技有限公司) to operate this website. That legal name also appears in our privacy policy, terms and on the contact page. If you see a different company name attached to this store, please tell us — an inconsistent merchant identity is exactly the sort of error we want to fix in public.
We are the retailer of record for orders placed here. We are not an agent for the manufacturers whose products we stock, and we do not claim an authorised-dealer, exclusive-distributor or official-partner status for any brand. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the product page says who provides it; where we cannot confirm it, the page says nothing rather than implying that we cover it.
2.What kind of store this is
This is a curated catalogue of smart-home hardware from multiple manufacturers, grouped into 7 categories. There are 45 active products at the time this page was generated, and 9 distinct connectivity protocols across them. Both numbers are read from the same live product record that builds the storefront and the sitemap; they are not typed into this page.
A curated store has to make a decision about every product it carries, and that decision has to be inspectable. Our editorial policy lists seven admission rules, five categories we refuse to sell, the thresholds that trigger a delisting, and a dated log of claims we have removed from this site. It is written as pass/fail conditions rather than adjectives on purpose.
3.What we state, and what we refuse to claim
The table below is the short version of our claim policy. Each row can be checked against any product page: take a listing, read the third column, and see whether we stayed inside it.
| # | What we state / on what basis | What we do not claim |
|---|---|---|
| A1 | The name of the store.Kunsmart is the trading name used by Beijing Matrix Growth Technology Co., Ltd. (北京矩阵生长科技有限公司) for this website. | We do not present the store name as a manufacturer. A product page only carries a brand when we hold documentation naming that manufacturer. |
| A2 | The protocol each device speaks.Every listing states the radio or connectivity protocol recorded for that product, such as Matter, Thread, Zigbee or Wi-Fi. | We do not treat a protocol as proof of a successful pairing with any particular app, hub or voice assistant. |
| A3 | What we have actually checked. We publish our verification method, including the difference between a manufacturer document and a pairing we ran ourselves. | We do not label any product “verified”, “certified”, “guaranteed” or “tested” until the corresponding record exists. Describing a method is not the same as making a claim about a device. |
| A4 | Certifications and hub requirements, where known.A certification is only shown when we can give a certificate ID, and a hub is only named when we can give its model. | We do not print store-wide certification badges, and we do not render an empty hub field as “no hub needed”. “Unconfirmed” is a value we show, not a gap we fill. |
| A5 | Prices, quantity breaks and what is in the box. These come from the product record used to build the page, not from a separate marketing list. | We do not claim a discount against a price we cannot show, and we do not promise stock we cannot confirm. |
| A6 | Returns, warranty and shipping. What currently applies is written on the policy pages linked below and on the contact page. | We do not promise a return window, a processing time or a shipping origin that we have not published. Earlier versions of this site did; those promises were withdrawn and the withdrawal is logged. |
4.Where the evidence lives
A claim is only useful if a reader can check it. These pages are the ones we would hand to an auditor, and they are linked from the footer of every page:
- How we choose what to stock — the admission rules, the refusals, the delisting thresholds and the dated correction log.
- How we verify compatibility — the difference between a manufacturer document and a pairing we ran, the three ecosystem status values, and the review expiry rules.
- Protocols and compatibility — the live, per-product protocol grouping and an explicit account of what has not been tested.
- Terms , privacy and returns — what currently applies to an order, rather than what we might offer later.
5.What is not finished
We would rather state the gap than let a reader infer a capability we do not have. As of , 0 products in the catalogue have a recorded ecosystem pairing, 45 have a confirmed hub requirement, 0 carry a certification record, and 30 have a manufacturer we have documented well enough to name. Those figures are computed from the live product record every time this page is regenerated.
That means brand index pages and a full ecosystem compatibility matrix are not published yet. Publishing an empty brand directory, or a matrix assembled by guessing from protocol names, would be worse than leaving the pages out: it would look like a claim while being neither checkable nor true. When a product has documentation we can cite, its facts are entered into the product record and the relevant page appears without a code change.
6.Contact and corrections
One email address is used across this site: matrixgrowth@foxmail.com. The same address, the telephone number and the postal address are on the contact page. We keep them in one place so the policy pages and the storefront cannot drift apart.
If anything here is wrong, email us with the page URL and the sentence you believe is inaccurate. We answer within three business days; a confirmed correction is published on the page and written into the editorial log with its date. We would rather be corrected in public than be right in private.
This page contains no founding date, headcount, warehouse location, customer count, award or certification claim, because we cannot substantiate one. That omission is deliberate, not an oversight.
