Trade & volume orders

Kunsmart is a retailer, not a wholesaler or a distributor. We do not publish a wholesale price list, we do not offer credit terms, and we do not have a separate trade catalogue. If you are buying for a company, an installation or a project, you order from the same shop and the same prices apply.

What is genuinely different at volume is two things: some products have a quantity price table, and a company usually needs an invoice trail and a bank transfer rather than a card. Both are described below with the same precision as our editorial policy: a statement you can check against a product page, not a promise about how much you could save.

A tier is a threshold, not a range with an upper bound. When the quantity on an order line reaches a threshold, that tier’s unit price replaces the base price for every unit on that line. If two thresholds apply, the highest one wins. Any option surcharge (for example a longer rail) is added on top of the tiered unit price, unchanged.

• The threshold is inclusive: 999 units sits in the highest tier, not outside it.
• A single order line is capped at 999 units. For larger quantities, split the request and ask for a written quote.
• The authoritative calculation happens on our server when the order is priced. The product page shows the same rule for instant feedback; we do not have two different pricing engines.

Where no tier table is published, the unit price is simply the price on the product page at any quantity. We do not imply a discount that has not been configured.

Prices are per unit before options, shipping and any tax shown at checkout. The product page applies your selected options on top of these figures.

Bank transfer is a standard payment route on this site. The account details are not published on a public page: they are issued per order, on the order page and in the confirmation email. That keeps a static page from becoming a stale copy of banking details.

1. 01Add the items to the cart and check the quantities. The product page shows the tier that applies at your quantity before you order.
2. 02At checkout, enter the email for the order and the shipping address. Use an address your accounts team can recognise on the paperwork.
3. 03Place the order. It is created in a pending-payment state; nothing is charged at this point.
4. 04Open the order page or the confirmation email. It shows the bank, account name, account number, routing / SWIFT / IBAN where configured, and the amount. Use the order number as the payment reference — it is what lets us match your transfer to the order.
5. 05After transferring, submit the payment reference on the order page. We verify it manually and confirm within one business day.
6. 06Once confirmed, the order moves to paid and the normal dispatch process starts. If the reference cannot be matched, we write to you with the reason rather than silently cancelling.

Online card payment may also be offered at checkout depending on configuration; it is not a company-order feature and this page does not describe its terms. What applies to refunds is in our returns policy.

If your procurement process needs a proforma invoice, a specific invoice format, a split shipment, or a quantity above the single-line cap, email matrixgrowth@foxmail.com before placing the order. Include:

• Company name and the country you are buying from.
• The SKU (shown on each product page) and the quantity for each line.
• Delivery address or at least the destination country and postcode.
• The invoice details your accounts team requires, and any tax identifier that must appear.
• Whether you need anything else in writing — lead time, shipping terms or duty treatment.

We reply with what we can actually supply. We do not state a shipping origin, a guaranteed delivery date, an incoterm, or who bears import duties on this page, because those depend on the destination and on the carrier arrangement for the specific order. Confirming them in writing before you pay is the only version of the answer that is binding.

• Credit terms, open accounts or payment after delivery.
• A separate distributor price list, or a discount agreed only in an email.
• Stock reservation or a price hold without a placed order.
• Drop shipping, white-label packaging or private-label runs.
• PDF invoices, purchase-order matching or EDI integration.
• Compatibility guarantees. If a hub or ecosystem question matters to a project, read how we verify compatibility before ordering.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Not by default. A minimum order quantity is 1 unless the product page says otherwise; we list how many products currently set a higher minimum. A single order can contain up to 999 units of one line.

Does every product have volume pricing?

No. Only products with a published tier table are listed below, with their exact thresholds and unit prices. Where no tier is published, the unit price is the price shown on the product page at every quantity.

Can you send bank details before we place an order?

We do not publish account numbers on this page. Wiring instructions are shown on the order page and in the order confirmation email after an order is placed, with the order number as the payment reference. If your procurement process needs them earlier, email us and we will tell you what we can provide in writing.

Do you offer credit terms, distributor pricing or a PDF invoice?

We do not offer credit terms or a separate distributor price list, and we do not currently generate PDF invoices. Orders are paid in full by bank transfer (or by any online method offered at checkout). If you need a particular invoice format, ask before ordering so we can say plainly whether we can supply it.

We are the seller of record on every order; we are not the manufacturer of the devices, and we do not claim to be an authorised distributor for any brand.
