1.Where we ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes for motorised tracks because they exceed carrier size limits — please give a street address.
2.Cost
Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free above the threshold advertised on the site. Rates are computed from the destination, not from the number of items.
3.Handling and transit times
- Handling: 1–2 business days. Made-to-measure tracks are cut to your measurements, so allow the longer end of that range.
- Transit, contiguous US: typically 3–6 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: typically 7–14 business days.
These are working-day estimates for in-stock items and exclude the day you ordered. Carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
4.Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. If a tracking number does not appear within five business days of your order, contact us.
5.Customs, duties and taxes
Shipments to Canada are sent delivery-duty-unpaid unless stated otherwise: any customs duty, brokerage or import tax is payable by you on delivery. We declare the actual order value and cannot mark parcels as gifts.
US orders may be subject to state sales tax, calculated at checkout.
6.Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect the parcel on arrival. Record any visible damage with the carrier and tell us within 7 days with photographs of both the packaging and the product; we will replace it at our cost.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, tell us within 14 days so we can open a carrier investigation while the claim window is still open.
