1.What is covered
Every Lumen Rail product carries a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. If a defect appears in normal use during that period, we repair or replace the product, or refund it if neither is practical.
2.What is not covered
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect function, and consumables such as batteries.
- Damage from misuse, accident, liquid ingress, lightning or power surges, or operation outside the published electrical ratings.
- Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than us.
- Products used commercially in installations they were not designed for.
3.How to claim
Email support@buoai.cn with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs or video showing it. Do not ship anything until we ask you to.
If the claim is accepted, we send a prepaid label or arrange replacement. Claims that turn out to be outside the warranty will be quoted before any charge.
4.Your statutory rights
This warranty adds to the rights the law gives you as a consumer where you live. It does not replace them, and nothing here limits them.
