Details
A small temperature and humidity sensor with two radios: Wi-Fi to reach the app and a cloud account, Bluetooth for local pairing and setup. There is no gateway in the chain.
The point of the second radio is setup, not range. Bluetooth gets the device onto the network without a hotspot dance; after that it lives on Wi-Fi and reports on a schedule you set in the app. Humidity thresholds can drive scenes - a dehumidifier, a fan, a vent.
The body is 5.7 x 2.7 x 1 cm at 35 g packed. The supplier publishes no accuracy figure and no battery life figure, so this page quotes none; if a +/-0.5 C specification matters to your application, ask before ordering.
