A leak sensor that sits on the floor and waits. Two probes underneath are bridged by water, the radio wakes, the gateway raises the alert. There is nothing to calibrate and no consumable sensor element to drift.
The radio is Zigbee, so a gateway is part of the system and the supplier does not name compatible models. The same supplier page also sells a Wi-Fi version - if you have no gateway and no plans for one, that is the variant to choose instead.
At 5.5 x 2.5 x 8.5 cm and 50 g it fits behind a washing machine, under a sink or beside a water heater. It is a spot detector: one sensor protects the few square metres it stands on, not a room.
Each line below is one combination: this device, that hub, that firmware — with the date it was checked on the right. For ecosystems not listed here, we make no claim.
Editor’s note: White-label part: no manufacturer brand or model is published by the supplier, so neither is claimed. The specification table lists a working current of '36V' which is not a current and does not match a battery device; we treat that field as unreliable and quote no electrical figure at all. This is a spot detector, not a zoned leak-detection system.

Zigbee door and window sensor that also reports ambient light, 0-1000 lux.

Wi-Fi contact sensor, 28 g, app alerts. No hub - a 2.4 GHz router is enough.
