The second garage controller in this batch, and the more useful of the two for anyone who wants to know whether the door is actually shut. The difference is the reed switch: a magnetic contact on a 5 m lead that reports door position back to the app, so 'close the garage' becomes a statement you can verify rather than a command you hope landed.
The supply is flexible - 5 V USB, or 12-24 V taken from the opener itself. That second option is the one to check on site: not every opener exposes an accessory supply, and guessing is how you end up running a USB cable across a ceiling.
The controller is a parallel contact on the wall-button terminals, exactly like CKM-001. It does not replace the opener's obstruction sensor, and the supplier does not state a UL or ETL listing for it, so this page claims none.
Each line below is one combination: this device, that hub, that firmware — with the date it was checked on the right. For ecosystems not listed here, we make no claim.
Editor’s note: The reed switch is listed as its own product line in the supplier's packing table, so confirm it is included in the variant you order - that is what separates this from CKM-001. No certification is listed for this SKU. As with any parallel-contact garage device, the opener's obstruction sensor must stay wired in.
